When looking to remodel a kitchen or bathroom cutting corners may seem like a good idea at the time, but in the long run it will be a disappointment. A Few Words About Customer Service

At Grayline Cabinets we are committed to our customers. Our business thrives on recommendations. We want you to be happy. For example: A customer may call a year after their cabinets have been installed and say that perhaps a hinge has broken and ask how or where they can get a new one. Well, Chris will just go and install a new one. You can't get that kind of service from a warehouse store.

Often Chris will get calls from customers who have been very disappointed by the cabinets they had installed by a competitor. He has been told many times, "I wish I had gone with you now." Chris has done work on some jobs where he had to go in and "repair" newly installed cabinets.  Often cabinet companies will not do all prep work, like removal and disposal of old cabinetry. They may also leave without doing all the finish work, like the trim, caulking, touch ups, etc. Grayline never leaves a job until the result is the way we would want it in our own home; finished and beautiful! About Us 

We have lived in the Modesto area most of our lives. We have been happily married for 29 years and have raised four children.

Chris has owned two successful businesses. For ten years he co-owned West Coast Sound and Light. Along with running sound and lighting he also built speaker cabinets and cases for the equipment used in the business. West Coast Sound and Light has been successfully operating in this region and now all over California for more than 27 years. Chris sold West Coast Sound and Light to his partner Paul and took a job as a spa tech at the Spa Doctor so he could spend more time at home and with his family. At that time he had a friend who was building cabinets and shelving for model homes. He called Chris one day and asked if he would like to take over the business because he was moving up to Yakima to help with a Calvary Chapel church plant. Chris proceded to obtain licensing and started building alongside his friend up until his move. The rest, as they say, is history. God has been so good to us.

We have always been active in our community. We were instrumental in the building of a park  for the chidren in our neighborhood. We attend Prescott Evangelical Free Church in Modesto and are actively involved. Chris is a sound engineer and bass player while I play guitar and sing on the worship team. Chris also plays on the church softball team.

This is a picture of my built-in solid cherry entertainment center and library cabinet. Chris built it right into the wall so it does not stick out into the room at all. This makes the living room appear to be larger. It is absolutely beautiful. I love it!
